学术成就:从事新型太阳能电池、发光器件以及嵌入式开发等方面的研究。近年来在J. Alloy. Compd., Sol Energ Mat Sol C,ACS Appl. Electron. Mater.等国际期刊发表SCI论文14篇,其中第一作者7篇,授权发明专利2项,主持山东省自然科学面上项目1项。具有国家知识产权局授权专利代理资格证书。

研究领域:
1.新型薄膜太阳电池,例如CZTS、CIGS和Sb2Se3太阳电池器件方面的结构设计和工艺制作 ;
2. 前沿发光材料和薄膜的真空生长,以及EL发光器件和PeLED器件结构设计和工艺制作;
3. 在实用化方面,将尝试结合单片机和ARM等嵌入式工具,设计并研发具有实用价值的光电控制与管理系统。
